My name is Rob Golbeck. I’m a front-end web developer in Delta, British Columbia, where I live with my wife, our son, and two dogs. I’ve been making websites as a hobby since 1998, and professionally since 2007. This website is home to my portfolio and blog.

I work as a Web Administrator at a Vancouver law firm, where I manage the firm’s websites, blogs and intranet, as well as various social media channels.

On occasion I also do a bit of freelance work, as well as volunteer on the websites of two non-profit organizations: Athletics for Kids and PACE Society.

I hold an Associate Certificate in Web Technologies from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, but my skills are primarily self-taught. I mostly work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I have a decent working knowledge of PHP.
